Condominium Corporations are governed by the condominium legislation under the direction of the Board of Directors. The condo documents are available to a buyer so they can review the operation of the condominium.

Mortgage lenders require a waiver signed by the condo buyer confirming the condo document review is satisfactory. Condo Check© completes the review the following business day once all required documents have been recieved.
